These pages are designed and checked against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA.
Every page can be used with a keyboard alone and with a screen reader.
Pages are designed for a phone first, and to be usable on a slow connection within five seconds.
Adjustments when you apply
Job posts say how to ask for an adjustment to the steps.
In an AI interview you can answer with sound only, for accessibility or for your connection, and you can talk to a person instead. Neither ever counts against you.
